EPSON DESIGN AWARDS

In October I was asked to participate to the Epson Design Awards 2021. I worked with Epson Sublimation printers to create a design with sustainable fabrics and print. 

The design is about re-exploring the value of print. It shows a physical approach to print where different techniques come together. Shapes and colors of the print emerge in form and silhouette. Starting point was a collection of images, graphic and distorted collages that where inspired by a combination of African Culture and childlike graphics.

The project was shown during Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven at de Fashion Tech Farm and an event at Lab1, in collaboration with Epson and LABELEDBY.
